Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Services

ClickAlpha LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimization, web design, Google My Business optimization, and e-commerce marketing. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or covered under our satisfaction guarantee.

Service Guarantee

Our 90-day 3x3 guarantee applies to eligible SEO services as specified in your service agreement. This guarantee states that we will move 3 of your main keywords up 3 positions in Google Search Engine within 90 days, or we will refund one month of service.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems required for service delivery. Clients must not engage in activities that may harm their SEO performance, including but not limited to black-hat SEO tactics.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by ClickAlpha remain the property of ClickAlpha until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

ClickAlpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
